Milton Theatre Fees & Charges Schedule
1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009

PLEASE NOTE: these prices DO NOT include GST

BOND

All Hirers (refundable) - $200 minimum - determined by hire type.

COMMERCIAL HIRERS

Foyer Only - $25 per hour - minimum 2 hrs

Theatre Rehearsal - $60 per hour - minimum 2 hrs

Theatre Performance - $80 per hour - minimum 2 hrs

COMMUNITY GROUPS - CASUAL HIRERS & REGULAR HIRERS

Foyer Only - $15 per hour - minimum 2 hrs

Theatre Rehearsal - $30 per hour - minimum 2 hrs

Theatre Performance - $55 per hour - minimum 2 hrs


All fees above include access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making facilities.

Hirers are to provide own crockery, cutlery etc

CO-HIRE WITH THE THEATRE COMMITTEE

It is possible to co-hire the theatre in partnership with the committee, this is entirely at the discretion of the committee and includes a set fee to cover costs of cleaning, electricity, advertising, ticket printing, flyers, distribution of posters, front of house, sound and lighting technicians. The committee can also apply for a liquor license and run a bar on the night.

Door takings are then split with the majority percentage going to the performer. The set fee and door takings percentage are negotiated with the performer.
