Milton Theatre Fees & Charges Schedule
1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013
NOTE: These fees are for the hire of the venue only, they do not include the cost of using sound or lighting which MUST be operated by the venue's in house technician.
All fees include GST
BOND
All Hirers (refundable) - $500 minimum, $2,000 maximum - determined by type of booking.
COMMERCIAL HIRERS
Theatre Hire - $150 per hour - minimum 2 hrs
NEW FEE - Daily Hire $1,100
COMMUNITY GROUPS - CASUAL HIRERS & REGULAR HIRERS
Theatre Hire - $85 per hour - minimum 2 hrs
All fees above include access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making facilities.
Hirers are to provide own crockery, cutlery etc

CO-HIRE WITH THE THEATRE COMMITTEE
It is possible to co-hire the theatre in partnership with the committee, this is entirely at the discretion of the committee and includes a set Venue Fee to cover costs of cleaning, electricity, advertising, ticket printing, flyers, distribution of posters, front of house, sound and lighting technicians. Door takings are then split with the majority percentage going to the performer.
The committee can also apply for a liquor license and run a bar on the night.
