
TICKETS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ENTRY
This ticket is sold subject to the Milton Theatre Committee Inc's terms and conditions, as follows:

Each person must have a valid ticket (printed or electronic) to enter the Milton Theatre. Anyone without a valid ticket may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

Wherever possible, the Milton Theatre Committee Inc will take reasonable steps to notify ticket holders of an event cancellation or rescheduling.

Should the event for which you have purchased tickets be cancelled or rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase price only.

The refund policy for each event is set at the discretion of the performing artist or their agent and may vary between events. Please review the refund policy specific to your event before purchasing your ticket. Where no refund policy has been specified by the artist or their agent, the following default policy applies: refunds may be requested up to 5 days prior to the event date for the full ticket price, less a processing fee of 1.5% or $1.00, whichever is greater. Milton Theatre Committee Inc will not issue refunds for tickets purchased through unauthorised agents or resellers.

Milton Theatre Committee Inc may impose a limit on the number of tickets purchased by each purchaser.

Milton Theatre is an all ages venue. Ticketholders aged 18 years and under must be accompanied by a parent and/or adult guardian holding a valid ticket.

The Milton Theatre is a licensed venue. Patrons wishing to purchase and/or consume alcohol must be over 18 years of age and produce a valid photo ID. Anyone found supplying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the Milton Theatre and may face fines.

Alcohol cannot be brought into the Milton Theatre, including the backstage area. Any alcohol brought into the Milton Theatre will be confiscated.

Possession, sale or use of illicit drugs is prohibited at the Milton Theatre. Persons found using or in possession of illicit drugs will be removed from the venue.

The Milton Theatre Committee Inc reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the venue anyone intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Milton Theatre.

Ticketholders must not intentionally damage or interfere with Milton Theatre's facilities or infrastructure. Ticketholders accept full liability and responsibility for any loss or damage caused in contravention of this clause or any other term of these Terms and Conditions.

All ticketholders consent to be included in any event photography, filming and sound recording by the Milton Theatre Committee Inc and/or any of its representatives and grant Milton Theatre Committee Inc the right to use recordings for promotion and other purposes.

Without permission from the Milton Theatre Committee Inc, ticketholders must not: a. bring professional audio or video recording devices, and professional still cameras into the event; or b. take audio and video recordings of the performances.

The Milton Theatre Committee Inc may deny entry or remove anyone from the venue for any reason, including a breach of these terms and conditions.

If you are denied entry to and/or removed from the venue by the Milton Theatre Committee Inc, you will not be entitled to a ticket refund.

Performances at the Milton Theatre may include: a. special lighting effects, including strobe lighting; and b. offensive language.

Ticketholders displaying disruptive, aggressive, abusive, offensive, racist, or sexist behaviour will be evicted from the Milton Theatre.

Ticketholders must follow the reasonably directions of Milton Theatre staff at all times.

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Milton Theatre Committee Inc and its performing artists (and its employees, volunteers and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, injury, claim or damages suffered or sustained by any patrons at the Milton Theatre.

To the full extent permitted by law, ticketholders waive all legal rights of action against and fully release the Milton Theatre Committee Inc, its agents, employees and volunteers for all claims for compensation for loss, damage, injury or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the ticketholder's attendance at the Milton Theatre.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions which becomes unenforceable, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be enforceable.
